I wouldn't go so far as to say it's not racing; but other than that, I agree totally with JV (although I should note I vehemently disagree with those glasses). I intensely dislike the contrivances of DRS. I'd also say that I dislike tires that are purposely made so fragile that coddling them has become the primary concern as opposed to *a* concern.
I recognize the intent of the destructomatic tires and DRS. And I certainly won't claim to have a better method for encouraging passing up my sleeve (although skewing the rules more toward mechanical grip and less toward downforce would seem to make sense). It just all feels so artificial.
